In a large skillet, MELT butter with oil over medium heat.

ADD cashews; COOK three to five minutes or until browned; REMOVE cashews; DRAIN on paper towels; PLACE in a bowl.

3.

In a separate bowl, COMBINE salt, pepper and chili powder; SPRINKLE over warm cashews; TOSS until coated.
