PREHEAT oven to 400 F.

COMBINE flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, egg, vanilla and sour cream.

FOLD in peach slices to coat well.
4.
POUR into prepared pie crust.
5.
BAKE 15 minutes; REDUCE heat to 350 F and BAKE 30 minutes more.
6.
COMBINE remaining four ingredients and crumble over warm pie.
7.
BAKE an additional 10 minutes at 400 F.
