In a blender container, BLEND tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt and both peppers just until diced tomatoes are broken down.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, HEAT oil; SAUTE onion and garlic until tender.

POUR in blender ingredients; BRING to a boil.
4.
REDUCE heat to medium; COVER; COOK for ten minutes.
