COOK noodles according to package instructions; SET aside.

In a large skillet (electric, if preferred) over medium heat, STIR together sausage, mushrooms, onion and garlic; COOK, stirring, until sausage is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

STIR in flour, salt and paprika* until blended.
4.
Gradually STIR in broth; BRING to a boil, STIRRING constantly until thickened, about 2 minutes.
5.
TURN off heat; STIR in sour cream.
6.
SERVE over noodles; SPRINKLE with parsley.
