In an electric skillet on medium heat, COOK sausage until browned; REMOVE; DRAIN on paper towels.

ADD onion and celery to sausage drippings; COOK until tender.

In a large mixing bowl, COMBINE sausage, onion, celery, sage, marjoram, bread cubes and parsley; BLEND well.
4.
STIR in chicken broth to moisten (ADD more broth if needed to keep mix moist)
5.
SEASON with salt and pepper.
6.
GREASE a medium baking dish; SPOON in sausage mixture; DOT with butter; COVER with foil.
7.
In a 350° oven, BAKE for 35 minutes; UNCOVER; BAKE until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
