MELT butter in 3-quart saucepan; ADD Rice Krispies; STIR until well-coated.
2.
ADD marshmallows; COOK over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is syrupy; REMOVE from heat.
3.
PRESS warm mixture evenly and firmly into buttered 13 X 9-inch pan; COOL; CUT into squares.
