PREHEAT oven to 425 F.

In skillet, COOK bacon until browned; DRAIN on paper towels.

SPRINKLE cheese and half of bacon in piecrust.
4.
In medium bowl, BEAT eggs; STIR in half and half, salt and nutmeg; POUR into piecrust.
5.
BAKE 15 minutes.
6.
REDUCE oven setting to 325 F; BAKE until set, about 20 minutes longer.
7.
GARNISH with remaining bacon.
