REMOVE skin and excess fat from smoked ham; PLACE ham in a lightly-greased 13 X 9-inch baking pan.

STIR together maple syrup, sugar, mustard and apple juice; POUR over ham.
3.
BAKE at 350 F on lower oven rack, BASTING every 20 minutes with drippings, until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of ham registers 140 F, about 2 1/2 hours.
4.
REMOVE from oven; let STAND ten minutes.
5.
REMOVE from pan; RESERVE drippings.
6.
SEPARATE fat from drippings and discard; in a small saucepan, COOK drippings, raisins and apple slices over low heat for five minutes.
