In a large resealable container, COMBINE paprika, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes; ADD pork; SEAL; TOSS to coat.

Using 2 skewers per serving, alternately thread pork, green pepper, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Over medium heat, GRILL kabobs until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, about 5-8 minutes per side.
4.
PLACE each kabob in a tortilla; REMOVE skewers; FOLD tortilla in half; SERVE with salsa.
