STIR together oil, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and pepper flakes; thoroughly COAT chicken breasts with mixture.

GRILL breasts over medium heat for eight minutes per side, or until cooked through, TURNING once.
3.
Meanwhile, TOSS lettuce, romaine, celery and green onions; top with almonds and rice noodles.
4.
STIR together dressing of sugar, vinegar and oil.
5.
CUT chicken into bite sized pieces and array over greens.
6.
SERVE with dressing.
