In a mixing bowl, COMBINE chicken, cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, onions, lemon juice and pepper.

SHAPE into patties.

HEAT oil in a large skillet; FRY patties over medium heat until cooked through and golden brown, about 2 1/2 minutes per side.
