Directions

1.

In an electric skillet, BROWN ground beef; DRAIN off excess grease.

2.

ADD chopped onions; COOK until opaque; ADD a little water if too dry

3.

STIR in chili powder; MIX well; ADD tomatoes and chili beans.

4.

SIMMER a few minutes until all ingredients are hot, adding water if needed.

We use Old El Paso brand (Mexican-style chili beans)
