In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, MELT butter; ADD garlic; COOK for 1 minute

ADD flour; COOK 1 minute, STIRRING constantly

STIR in broth and milk; COOK until sauce boils and thickens, STIRRING frequently

5.

ADD parsley, salt, pepper and cheese; STIR until cheese is melted

6.

TOSS hot pasta with sauce; SERVE immediately

May substitute beef broth for chicken broth
