1.

COOK pasta in boiling water in accordance with package directions; when tender, DRAIN; SET aside.

2.

While pasta is cooking, HEAT a large electric skillet to medium-low; in a small mixing bowl, STIR together oil, onion and garlic; ADD to skillet; COOK, STIRRING, until onion is softened and transparent, about 5 minutes.

3.

ADD undrained diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, pepper and salt; STIR to combine.

4.

ADD tomato paste and water to skillet; STIR until paste is dissolved into the sauce.

5.

REDUCE heat to low; ADD cream cheese cubes to skillet; WHISK the sauce until cream cheese has fully melted and sauce is creamy.

6.

ADD half of Parmesan; WHISK until melted;' ADD remainder; WHISK until melted in again.

7.

ADD fresh spinach; gently STIR into sauce until it has wilted, about 3-5 minutes.

8.

ADD pasta; STIR until it is well coated with sauce.
