1.

PEEL, DEVEIN and CLEAN shrimp; TOSS with Creole seasoning; SET aside in refrigerator.

2.

COOK pasta in accordance with package instructions; DRAIN; KEEP warm if needed.

3.

While pasta is cooking, start butter MELTING in a large skillet at medium-high heat.

4.

ADD shrimp; COOK, STIRRING constantly just until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes.

5.

REMOVE shrimp from skillet; ADD green onions and garlic; SAUTE until tender, about 2 minutes.

6.

REDUCE heat to medium; STIR in cream and hot sauce; BRING to a boil.

7.

REDUCE heat to SIMMER; STIR constantly until sauce is slightly thickened, about 8 minutes.

8.

STIR in shrimp and parsley.

9.

REMOVE from heat; SERVE shrimp mix over warm pasta; SPRINKLE with Parmesan.

May use fresh or fresh-frozen uncooked shrimp.
