If desired, REMOVE skin from chicken thighs; PAT dry with paper towels

4.

ARRANGE thighs on prepared baking sheet; DRIZZLE with olive oil, RUBBING the oil into the chicken to coat.

5.

In a small bowl, MIX together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika; SPRINKLE the spices over the chicken evenly.

6.

BAKE chicken in preheated oven until internal temp reaches 165°, approximately 35-45 minutes.
