In a large mixing bowl, COMBINE the brownie mix, water, oil and egg; STIR in chips.

2.

SPREAD into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-in baking pan.

3.

BAKE at 350° until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean, about 25 to 27 minutes.

4.

COOL on a wire rack.

Frost with butter cream frosting or top with ice cream.
