Directions

1.

In a large skillet over medium heat, ADD oil; COOK mushrooms, STIRRING, until tender; REMOVE.

2.

In same skillet, COOK hamburger and onion, STIRRING to crumble meat, until meat is browned; DRAIN.

3.

ADD flour, garlic salt, pepper and dill weed; COOK, STIRRING, for 1 minute.

4.

STIR in soup; SIMMER 10 minutes, STIRRING occasionally.

5.

ADD sour cream and mushrooms; HEAT thoroughly.

6.

Meanwhile, COOK noodles according to package instructions.

Serve meat sauce over hot noodles. Garnish with chopped fresh dill weed.

1. Recipe may be made without mushrooms; if so, skip relevant steps in recipe. 2. May substitute 4 green onions, sliced 1/4" thick.
