PREHEAT oven to 350°.

2.

In a mixing bowl, STIR together all ingredients by hand.

3.

POUR into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

4.

BAKE until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes.

5.

REMOVE from oven; let STAND for 15 minutes.

6.

TURN onto wire rack; REMOVE from pan.

TOP with a light dusting of powdered sugar or a light glaze.
