CHOP hard-boiled eggs; MIX with dill pickles and onion

ADD enough mayo to bind the mixture.

3.

SEASON with salt and pepper.

SPREAD on bread of choice.

To hard-boil eggs: 1. BRING eggs to boil starting with cold water to cover. 2. When eggs begin to boil, REDUCE heat to just above a simmer, COVER; COOK for 20 minutes. 3. DRAIN eggs; COVER with cold water and ice cubes to cool quickly (makes them easier to peel).
