Modified recipe combining Frito Pie and Taco Salad (original name)
In large skillet over medium heat, COOK hamburger with onion and garlic, STIRRING to break hamburger into small pieces.
STIR in chili powder, beans, salsa, and green chiles; COOK, STIRRING, until thickened.
DISSOLVE flour in water; STIR into hamburger.
SERVE hot on bed of Fritos; TOP with lettuce, cheese, tomato chunks, sour cream and salsa.
Place containers of sour cream and salsa on table; top according to individual taste
Use prepared salsa (such as Herdez), the hotter the better! May substitute colby cheese for cheddar
