In a medium mixing bowl, COMBINE oranges, onions, pecans and pepper; REFRIGERATE for 30 minutes.

2.

In a large salad bowl, PLACE greens; TOP with orange mixture and avocado slices.

3.

DRIZZLE with dressing.

1. Pecans may be toasted by dry cooking in a skillet over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent scorching. 2. May use either homemade Creamy Italian Dressing (see recipe) or your favorite prepared Italian dressing.
