In small mixing bowl, COMBINE the six dressing ingredients; WHISK until thoroughly blended.

In a salad bowl, gently STIR the four ingredients; POUR the dressing over the salad; TOSS gently to coat.

Prepare orange by peeling and separating into sections; sections may be cut into halves or quarters. Original recipe called for a peeled and cubed mango instead of an orange; that is still an option for mango lovers.
