In a large bowl, COMBINE chicken cubes with next four ingredients; SET aside.

2.

In a small bowl, COMBINE mayonnaise, garlic, yogurt (or sour cream) and oregano (or dill weed).

3.

ADD mayo mix to chicken mix; TOSS until lightly coated; COVER and CHILL.

Serve over torn lettuce leaves or in whole-wheat pita.

Substitutions--May substitute sour cream for plain yogurt; dill weed for oregano; greek olives for ripe olives.
