In a jar with tight-fitting lid, COMBINE all dressing ingredients.

COVER; SHAKE well before using.

Salad

In a large salad bowl, TEAR greens into bite-sized pieces.

ADD vegetables to greens and TOSS.

3.

TOP with cheese, olives and anchovies.

Serve with dressing on side.

May substitute a variety of greens for all or part of the romaine. Use a total of ten cups. Dressing may be made up to two days in advance; keep refrigerated.
