1.

PREHEAT grill to 375° (medium-high).

2.

PULL back husks from ears of fresh corn: REMOVE silks; DISCARD; TIE husks together to form a handle.

3.

Using a large pot or bowl, PLACE ears in enough cold, salted water to cover; SOAK for 10 minutes; DRAIN.

4.

GRILL corn, with grill lid down, until golden brown, about 15 minutes, TURNING occasionally.

5.

In a small bowl, MIX together salt, chili powder, paprika and cheese; BRUSH corn with melted butter and seasoning mixture.

Serve seasoned corn with fresh lime wedges.

Seasoning amounts may be adjusted to fit taste
