COMBINE butter, jalapenos and lime; CHILL.

RUB corn with olive oil; SPRINKLE with salt and pepper.

HEAT grill to high (400°); GRILL ears until tender, about 20 minutes, TURNING often.

SERVE ears accompanied by flavored butter.
