GRATE lemon peel; SQUEEZE out juice.
BLEND peel and juice with remaining six seasonings.
RUB mixture on both sides of steak.
GRILL over medium flame for 15 minutes, turning once.
REMOVE from grill and allow to set for ten minutes.
May substitute another "everyday" cut for cube steak, such as flank steak (original recipe). May substitute dried seasonings for fresh; use about 1/3 as much.
