RINSE salmon; PAT dry with paper towels; CUT in half.

2.

In the bowl of a food processor/blender, COMBINE oregano, cilantro, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper; PROCESS until finely chopped.

3.

COAT both sides of salmon with the herb mixture.

4.

GRILL salmon, uncovered, over medium hot fire just until salmon begins to flake with a fork, about six to eight minutes.
