BEAT butter or margarine in small bowl with spoon or electric mixer until creamy.

Gradually BEAT in honey and cinnamon until blended.

STORE, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 2 months; bring to room temperature before serving.

Use as substitute for plain butter on rolls and biscuits.
