PREHEAT the oven to 350°.

2.

GREASE the inside of a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan using cooking oil spray; LINE the bottom with parchment paper.

3.

In a large mixing bowl, COMBINE the whole-wheat and bread flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, oil, honey, molasses and buttermilk.

4.

STIR until all dry ingredients are moistened, about 1 1/2 minutes.

5.

POUR into loaf pan, SPREADING the batter evenly.

6.

BAKE (middle rack) until the top is evenly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 40 to 50 minutes.

7.

REMOVE from pan; PLACE on wire rack; COOL for at least 10 minutes before serving.
