(alt)BEAT cream cheese until fluffy; MOUND onto serving plate; MAKE indentations with back of serving spoon: SPOON sauce over "hills and valleys."

To serve, SPOON mixture over cream cheese (allow about one ounce cream cheese per serving)

Serve with assorted crackers.

Mixture will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
