In a mixing bowl, STIR together first six ingredients; SPREAD in a greased glass pie plate.

2.

In the same bowl, STIR together panko, remaining Parmesan and melted butter.

3.

SPRINKLE panko mix over cream cheese mixture.

4.

BAKE at 375° until cheeses are melted, about 20 minutes.

Serve with scoops, chips, crackers, or baguette slices

May substitute packaged "shredded mexican cheese blend."
