STIR in sugar, milk, and vanilla, keeping at low boil.

3.

STIR in cocoa and peanut butter; BOIL and stir for seven minutes.

4.

REMOVE from heat, STIR in oats, mixing until gloss is gone.

5.

DROP by tablespoons on waxed paper.
