Directions

1.

Start pasta COOKING according to package directions; when done, DRAIN; keep warm.

2.

In a large skillet, HEAT the oil over medium heat.

SAUTE the garlic until golden, about 1 minute, STIRRING constantly.

4.

ADD the chicken cubes; SAUTE until white and almost completely cooked, about 5 minutes.

5.

ADD the broccoli, tomatoes, oregano, thyme, basil, red pepper, salt, pepper, wine, broth, and butter; SIMMER until liquid is thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes, STIRRING occasionally.

6.

SERVE over warm, cooked pasta; SPRINKLE with Parmesan cheese..

1. May substitute peeled shrimp for chicken 2. May substitute 3/4 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
