COMBINE softened (NOT melted) ice cream, brandy and creme de cacao, MIXING well.

2.

POUR into covered storage dish; FREEZE until firm.

Spoon into sherbet glasses; garnish with chocolate curls and/or chocolate syrup

1. Depending on brand, ice cream comes in various "standard" sizes. For 1.5 qt, use a TOTAL of 3/8 cup of brandy/creme de cacao; 1.75 qt, add another teaspoon of each. 2. May take a chocolate bar and shave the edge into curls; may also substitute chocolate syrup.
