Directions

1.

In a medium bowl, COMBINE mango, garlic, jalapeno and cilantro; SET aside.

2.

In a saucepan, COMBINE sugar, green onions, vinegar and lime juice; BRING to a boil, STIRRING until sugar dissolves.

3.

POUR hot mixture over mango mixture, STIRRING gently.

4.

COVER and CHILL.

Serve with ham or pork.
