REDUCE heat to low; ADD basil, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper; COOK one to two minutes.

ADD remaining ingredients; COOK 10-15 minutes, STIRRING occasionally; ADD more water if necessary.

Serve over noodles or as a topping for a pasta dish such as lasagna.
