In a large mixing bowl, MIX graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar.

2.

PRESS mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan.

3.

MIX coconut and sweetened condensed milk; SPREAD evenly over crumbs.

4.

BAKE at 350F for 15-20 minutes.

5.

MELT chocolate chips in microwave or in double boiler over hot water; SPREAD over cooled bars.

Be certain to use sweetened condensed milk and not evaporated milk. Milk chocolate chips may be substituted for all or part of the semisweet chocolate chips called for in the topping.
