SPREAD chips on a large baking sheet.

COMBINE beans and salsa; SPOON over chips; SPRINKLE with cheese.

BAKE in a 350° oven until cheese melts, about 5 to 7 minutesOPTION: ZAP in microwave on high until cheese melts, about 3 minutes.

Serve nachos with sour cream and extra salsa on side.

1. Use mild, medium or hot salsa, depending on taste. Best if salsa is thick and chunky. 2. May stir 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro or parsley into sour cream for extra flavor.
