In a blender, COMBINE vinegar, sugar, onion and mustard.

2.

COVER blender; PROCESS, gradually ADDING oil in a steady stream until blended.

3.

STIR in poppy seeds.

4.

POUR into covered container; REFRIGERATE until serving.

Any leftover dressing will keep well in refrigerator for later use
