COOK orzo according to package instructions, omitting salt and fat; DRAIN; RINSE well
In a large mixing bowl, TOSS together orzo, corn, tomatoes, onions and beans.
In a small mixing bowl, WHISK together buttermilk, lime juice, sour cream, mayo, chili powder, salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic, and 2/3 of the cilantro.
DRIZZLE dressing over orzo mixture; TOSS.
TOP with avocado slices, parsley and remaining cilantro.
