HEAT oven to 250 F.
MELT margarine in large roasting pan in oven.
STIR seasonings into melted butter; gradually STIR in Crispix, nuts and pretzels until evenly coated.
BAKE one hour, STIRRING every 15 minutes.
SPREAD on paper towel to cool; STORE in airtight container.
"Chex" recipe calls for equal amounts of Corn, Rice, and Wheat Chex; however, Crispix is crunchier. May substitute dry-roasted peanuts for mixed nuts; may substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for fresh garlic.
