PREHEAT oven to 350F.

2.

BEAT peanut butter, butter, sugars and vanilla with electric mixer until fluffy; BEAT in eggs.

3.

In separate bowl, MIX flour and baking soda; with mixer on low speed, gradually BEAT in flour mixture just until blended.

4.

STIR in chocolate chips.

5.

DROP rounded teaspoonfuls two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

6.

BAKE until lightly browned, about eight to ten minutes.

7.

COOL on cookie sheet one minute before removing to rack to cool completely.

Store tightly covered.
