LAYER pepperoni slices in bottom of greased pie plate.

2.

COVER with grated mozzarella cheese.

3.

POUR well-beaten egg over top; SPRINKLE lightly with oregano.

4.

BAKE at 300 F for 45 minutes.

Variation: CHILE CHEESE PIE - Substitute 1 can chopped green chiles (4 oz.) for the Pepperoni, Monterrey Jack cheese for the Mozzarella. Omit oregano.
