DISSOLVE yeast in warm water in 2 1/2 quart bowl.

STIR in remaining dough ingredients; BEAT vigorously 20 strokes; let REST 5 minutes.

SPRAY a 16-inch pizza pan with vegetable spray; SPREAD dough evenly around pan, using flour on fingers to prevent sticking, and MOUND up at lip to hold sauce; let REST 5 minutes.

4.

In the meantime, COOK and STIR sausage until light brown; DRAIN off grease.

SOFTEN peppers, onions and mushrooms by COOKING in microwave on high for 2 minutes.

6.

SPREAD sauce evenly over dough.

7.

ARRANGE pepperoni on sauce, SPRINKLE on sausage; SPRINKLE on vegetables; SPRINKLE on mozzarella and Parmesan.

8.

PLACE on bottom rack of cold oven; BAKE at 450 F for 15-20 minutes or until lip of crust is brown.

9.

REMOVE and let set for 5 minutes before slicing.

May cook as two pizzas by using 12-inch pans; divide dough and ingredients evenly on both. Contadina "Chunky Pizza Sauce" is a good choice for commercial sauce. See recipe for "Sicilian Pizza Sauce" if you prefer homemade.
