Basic meat and veggie stir-fry; may substitute chicken for pork
In a small mixing bowl, STIR together the 7 liquid ingredients; SET aside.
PREHEAT an electric frying pan to 375°.
Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, STIR together pork, ginger, garlic and onions; SET aside
ADD 1/2 oil to frying pan; ADD broccoli; STIR FRY until broccoli is crisp tender; REMOVE; SET aside.
ADD remaining 1/2 oil to pan; ADD pork mixture; STIR FRY until pork is cooked through.
REMIX thickening liquid; ADD to pork; STIR until liquid is bubbly; REDUCE heat; RETURN broccoli to pan; STIR to mix.
Serve over rice
May substitute chicken for pork
