PREHEAT oven to 425 F.
In a large bowl, MIX filling ingredients in order given; POUR into pie crust.
BAKE 15 minutes; REDUCE heat to 350 F and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
COOL completely.
Garnish with whipped cream (yum) when served.
Since this is a Carnation recipe, they suggest using Carnation evaporated milk and Libby's solid pack pumpkin.
