In a small bowl, STIR together olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning; BRUSH onto chicken wings; PLACE wings in dish.
BAKE wings, uncovered, in oven set to 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
REMOVE from oven; STIR together melted butter, garlic, ground red pepper and hot sauce; SPREAD mix evenly over wings.
