COVER; CHILL until serving time.

In individual serving bowls, COMBINE thinly sliced pork with spinach and pineapple; SPRINKLE with pepper; STIR.

DRIZZLE dressing over salad.

May substitute orange juice for pineapple juice; may substitute grilled chicken for pork
